Women in Oceanography

Lisa Beal from University of Miami, RSMAS has long been involved in MPOWIR as a mentor group leader.  As she states in the video below, “I think it’s really important for women to have role models that are women.” See Lisa and her team of scientists from RSMAS talk about women in science, and see their work in action!
