TOS promotion and tenure survey

The Oceanography Society (TOS) has just launched a survey to gather input on experiences with promotion and tenure. The goal of this project is to gain a deeper understanding of the formal and informal processes that underpin promotion and tenure systems, including perceptions of fairness, mentorship, flexibility, and overall well-being.

All data collected in the survey will be de-identified and analyzed in aggregate.
