There are limited spaces remaining for the WAVE Summit.  We look forward to bringing together twenty early career scientists with Senior Leaders in the field for 2.5 days of mentorship, leadership training, and professional development. Eligible scientists are women and underrepresented genders studying Physical Oceanography in their final year of graduate school (within 1 year of completing the dissertation), in a postdoctoral position, or in a permanent position for no more than two years. This opportunity is open to all career tracks, and nationalities. Through the generous support of Schmidt Ocean Institute, we are able to support all participant accommodations and meals for the duration of the workshop. Unfortunately we do not have support for travel to the conference.
