Science Careers, a division of Science Magazine contains a three part series to provide junior scientists with strategies for increasing research productivity, recognition, and impact.  In part 1, the authors focus on publications and citations. The next article offers tips for collaboration and networking, including getting the most out of scientific meetings and identifying potential letter writers. The final piece in the series is on developing a research plan and integrating research into teaching.
