MPOWIR Virtual Discussion: Improving support for BIPOC oceanographers

MPOWIR is bringing topical informal conversations to a web-based format. Conversations will be an open dialog rather than a structured webinar. We will provide some questions to consider as conversation starters. This opportunity is open to participants who identify as women or non-binary at all career stages. Participation is confidential, and discussions are not recorded.

Your leadership will primarily be in joining other MPOWIR colleagues in guiding the conversation as a facilitator and sharing your unique perspectives.
