MPOWIR Virtual Conference

This fall, MPOWIR will host the first of a newly funded virtual conference, alternating with the Pattulo Conference. As Pattullo participants know, the Pattullo Conference is named for June Pattullo, the first woman to receive a PhD in Physical Oceanography. To recognize the women+ who paved the way, we’d like to name the new virtual conference as a similar tribute. MPOWIR is asking for your help to suggest and vote on a name for the conference. The final name will be set by the Steering Committee. Please share your suggestions by Friday, May 6th.
